Long Island Express
Tenor, Kim Palermo-Bogardus; Lead, Carole Naso; Linda Gorniok, Bass; Hilda Blevins, Baritone
The members of the Long Island Express quartet have been together since the Fall of 2006, and have enjoyed competing at the regional level for the past two years.
Kim Palermo-Bogardus is the Assistant Director of the Long Island Sound Chorus. She teaches chemistry at Southold High School, and serves as the organist/choir director at the Firs Presbyterian Church in Southold.
Carole Naso is the chorus choreographer, and teaches Tap and Musical Theatre at the Stage Door in Patchogue.
Linda Gorniok is a member of the Music Team and Assistant Bass Section Leader. After years working in the printing business, Linda and her husband decided to sell the business. Linda now enjoys that extra time caring for her granddaughter and helping her parents.
Hilda Blevins is a member of the Management Team and is the Financial Coordinator. Hilda is also the director of the after school tutoring program at Christ Our Savior Lutheran church in Hampton Bays.

The members of this quartet have been together a little over a year. They enjoy singing the old barbershop arrangements, but also love to do more current music. Their goal is to spark the interest of the young ladies who they hope will eventually join the Sweet Adeline International Organization.
Dodie Libby is a Master Sergeant in the Air Force. In addition to singing a very fine Tenor in this quartet, Dodie sings a very fine Baritone in the chorus. Dodie is the leader of her church youth group, loves photography, coaching and playing on her softball team. Dodie has been a member of the chorus for almost 20 years.
Carol Bill works as a CSR assistant for an insurance agency. Carol has been quarteting for years and her quartets, "Summer Windsong" and "Moon Dance" have won many Regional competitions and even competed on the International level of competitions with her quartet. She has been the lead female vocalist in an 18 piece band called, "Big Band East" for 27 years, and a member of the chorus for almost 35 years.
Irene Corulla is an Administrative Assistant for a private High School, and also dabbles in Real Estate. She is currently attending Suffolk Community College and is majoring in Visual Arts. In addition to her wonderful paintings, Irene enjoys playing guitar, acting, gardening, decorating, tap dancing. Irene has been a member of the chorus for 8 years.
Jeanne Fenkl is a member of the Music Team. Jeanne has been singing barbershop harmony since 1974, both in Choruses and in a number of quartets and double quartets. Some other musical hobbies include playing guitar, piano and steel drums. She loves skiing, traveling and learning languages and in her "other" life, and spare time, she owns and operates a country B&B Restaurant, and a contracting business. Jeanne has been a member of Sweet Adelines for 35 years.
